WHAT IS TMPx?

The Master’s Program, Accelerated is a 12-month, Scripture-based whole-life pathway designed to ignite your understanding of who God created you to be — and why it matters.

Based on 25 years of proven transformation from The Master’s Program

Meet Cathy

I believe leadership begins with stewardship of all God has entrusted to us, including our identity, priorities, and influence. As a physical therapist and graduate of The Master’s Program for Women, I use my gifts of guiding and equipping to support Christian women as they discover their divine design and learn to offer their best for His Kingdom. My purpose is not just to lead, but to cultivate Kingdom leadership in others.

I’ve been married for 35 years, launched two adult children, and am navigating this current season with aging parents. Through it all, I’ve learned to balance the complexities of parenting, marriage, career, and faith. 

I understand the layered realities women face and seek to walk alongside them with grace and Spirit-filled wisdom.

How It Works

  • Sessions are intentionally small, so space is limited

FAQs

  • We meet monthly for a half-day session, about 4 hours.

  • There are 12 sessions total, spread over the course of about 14 months due to breaks during summer.

  • All session materials, plus drinks and light snacks during class. Suggested books for each session are not included.

  • You’ll have self-reflection work to do as you review and begin to apply the session concepts to your life. You are encouraged to meet monthly with your assigned peer(s) outside of class, but scheduling is participant-led.

    • $1200 for all 12 sessions

    • Or $1080 if paid in full by Session 3 (save 10%)

  • Yes! Your first session is free, requiring only an investment of your time. Each participant is encouraged to prayerfully consider with the Trinity whether TMPx is the right fit.

  • Yes, occasionally. Cathy works diligently to set session dates in advance, but intermittent adjustments may be made.
